People associate smoking with bad breath and several lung diseases, but this can be harmful for our heart too. When you smoke it damages the lining of the artery making the wall thick, and buildup of fatty deposits will narrow the artery leading to heart disease, which is one of the top causes why people die.

You may die a slow painful death, who wants that right? The only thing you can do here is to stop smoking and stop getting secondhand smoke from other people, avoid areas where you will be subjected to inhaling it. Having a high blood pressure is not good, but you can lower this by reducing your stress and avoiding bad cholesterol. Smokers are more susceptible to acquiring it; even people who inhale secondhand smoke may be in danger. If you do not want this disease you still have an option, live healthy and stay away from things that can be bad for you.
