Burn Those Calories Off!

Did you know that you can actually burn 16 calories just by standing for 10 minutes and 15 calories if you spend it reading? It’s a fact! Of course, you can burn more if you spend it swimming or on kettlebell training. We eat food with too many calories in it and we forget we need to exercise to burn those calories off. Can you imagine if you just spend most of your day sitting in front of your computer with your eyes and hands the only parts of your body moving? We all consume too many calories and burn so little it will make our bodies so unhealthy we are easily prone to sickness. Don’t forget to exercise regularly and to choose the food we eat.
