A Few Do’s and Don’ts When Jogging


If you seek to lose weight through jogging, then you should know what to do. In many cases, some people are not aware that they are doing this exercise wrong. Before actually running, warm yourself up by doing stretches. For those who have been used to slouching, don’t. Stand up straight, otherwise your blood flow will be restricted, and you’ll find it harder to breathe once you run. Also, make your breathing deep. This may be hard to do if you push yourself too hard, which often results to shallow breathing. If this happens, your body will not be able to absorb more oxygen, and this will lead to you getting easily tired.
