These are found all over the internet and are taught in schools at an early age. Remember the food pyramid? Lessen the food that has high salt, fat, and sugar. Enjoy consuming fruits and vegetables. Do not forget to drink lots of water. Not only is this healthy, it’s also calorie-free. The key is to always balance food choices and eat in moderate portions.
