It has been found that more than lakhs of people die each year due to cancer. Though curable, the treatment is not within the reach of every individual. Here are some tips that reduce the risk of cancer.

Calorie intake should be limited: High calorie food is the cause of many diseases. It is best that the calorie intake is reduced. Processed food intake should also be cut down. Fat intake should be reduced especially those from the animal source as this means more calories which means more risk.

Diet should contain vegetables: Our daily diet should contain good amount of fruits and vegetables. Whole grain also should be included in the diet daily.
